Nice heater. I have also started building my second one. My first one is a flat surface, but this one I'm working on now also has a curved surface. Nice job.

Very nice completed project ! I see from your large workshop (I'm jealous) that you have many skills & tools. I am in the process of building my second heater. I am working on ways to make it more efficent. I have two large mirrors for side reflectors, like shutters. You gave me an idea with the can insert you made. If a capped tube was placed inside each column supported by your insert it would occupy the center area & force all the air to only flow on the outside edges. What do you think ?

Thanks, I am not an expert by know means, I think the mirrors might help and I always like to see people try something new or different to improve the design .When I was building this panel I tried to visualize the air flow and it seems you are doing the same. keep us updated .
