idiot wont stand up

The actual problem lasted 15-20 minutes. This guy would not stand up and leave the premisis. He was clearly also on some drug or other as he didn't even notice when we lifted him in full wrist locks- still refusing to put his feet down looking like a floating buddha. After we put him down again two females came out claiming to be his friends, despite them coming in seperatly, and said they would talk him out. We allowed this and I started filming as he was clearly crazy.
Listen to the woman who claimed to be his friend shout out after he hits her for no reason. My colleague then grabs him and moves him away from the women. The crazy guy then grabs his thumb and will not let go, so i step in and tried to reason with him, when he continued to struggle i swept his legs and restrained him on the floor. This last part was witnessed by two WPC who came to lend a hand and crazy man was subsequently arrested. He did however, after the video ends, continue to keep his legs crossed when the officers tried to lift him as we did. It took 5 officers to place him in the van, we heard the next day that he threw up on himself.
