Kings Park is one of the most popular visitor destinations in Western Australia.
It's a beautiful park with over 400 hectares overlooking Swan River. You'll find beautiful greenery with many different trees and plants as well as many bird species. This is a perfect place for a picnic or to just take a walk and enjoy a nice day and those amazing views of Perth and its surroundings.
Kings Park is located 1.5 km from the Central Business District of Perth.

Cost of rentals for 2-3 bedroom apartment? How is the house market like? Are the banks willing to lend money so we can purchase one, if we decide to go that route? Do I need to go for schooling again, or my European Engineer diploma is going to be recognized there? Is cost of living in Australia, similar to cost of living in US? How are Perth people toward USA immigrants? Any tropical trees there?

My family and I are planning on relocating from Phoenix, USA to Perth, AUS - so I got some questions: Will this city fit R/A (Rheumatoid Arthritis) sufferers (as little or now humidity as possible in both winters and summers); Can you please tell me your experience with the city - is it really humid/dry/rainy...? Since we're missing big Metropolis like cities (My wife is New Yorker), is Perth worth of considering to relocate to? Is the city minutes away from the ocean/beaches/parks?
