Same braking problem but now with a different excuse. Last February it was the ash from the bushfires causing braking problems. Now it is humidity, mist and rain. Either way it means less trains on the rail network so more crowded trains and cancelled services. Six years on and the same old problem. As reported on Channel 7 6pm evening news on Sunday 24th January 2010

  • cos siemens was founded by us germans and we are awesome :D

  • *slaps face* Really? They actually discovered it was the flat-topped, shiny tracks which have been sitting there for the past 60 years? Never!

    /sarcasm

I suppose they'll just dump concrete sleepers under them, walk away and say the job's finished...

  • Why are there so many problems on the Melbourne train line?

  • haha i seen this on the news tonight
