@TiniNormi i'm thinkin what he means is lesser risk of std infection, which is true. but i think that should b up 2 the boy 2 decide when he's older if he wants it removed 4 the cultural expectations of the girls and/or 2 reduce his risk of contracting std's. they say the risk of infection becomes equal 2 that of a girl's risk of infection, because the skin creates a germ haven, an area that doesn't get air and more surface area 2 contract hpv (warts) and herpes
