March 29th, 2010 - Portland, Oregon. Protesters organized a rally against police brutality after the late incident resulting in the death of Aaron Campbell, 25 year old African-American male who was shot once in the back at his apartment. Allegedly police brutality has been on the rise in recent years, however the Bureau of Portland police department argues with data and statistics that it has in fact decline.
