Turkey Curry - Marco Pierre White recipe video for Knorr

This mild curry is a great way to use up Xmas leftovers. Start by browning some flour in the oven. Fry some chopped fruit and onion then add in curry powder, coconut and the browned flour to make a paste. Mix in the stock made from Knorr Chicken Stock Pot. Finally, add your leftover cooked poultry, meat or vegetables and heat through well.

Sorry but yes fresh stock is better but unless you haven't got a life you don't sit around for 20 minutes making a stock! And if something tastes good then whose to knock it?? He's actually getting people cooking again at least?

Haters need to listen to what he says in the video. "You cant make a stock at home as good as knorr chicken stock pot", hes not saying stock pots are better than fresh stock. Hes saying you can't make a stock better than he can, so stick with stockpots.

I don't see the point of whining about the stock pots, yes, obviously a fresh stock would taste better, but those stock pots are a good and fast option if you're in a hurry, not alot of people would make a fresh stock to toss in a curry anyhow? Not me atleast.. :p - Looks good, btw. :P
