I put together a HTPC on weekend using MediaPortal. So far it has been running great!

Some Quick Specs for anyone interested:

- CPU: AMD Athlon x2 7750 2.7ghz Dual Core ($84)
- Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA78GM US2H ($112)
- Ram: 4kb Gskillz DDR2-800MHZ - ($67)
- Hdd: 1TB Seagate Barracuda - ($122)
- PSU & Case: Antek NSK2480 ($155)
- Optical: Pioneer Blu-Ray (I have) $0
- Tuner: Dvico Fusion HDTV Nano (Already Have) $0
- External HDD 1TB (Already Have) $0
TOTAL: $540
