That's up to you whether or not you want to take that risk. The masks lenses are not ballistic rated. Also if the lens shatters all the fragments are going inside you eye. Don't know why you guys would want to use this for airsofting, its bulky and impossible to breathe through if your running. I stay to ballistic approved safety glasses myself. It also depends if you playing indoor or outdoor because people tend to have alot higher FPS guns than 390 if you play outdoor.
