I can relate to the question of whether or not it's worth it to unpack the camera gear and get a shot. Sometimes the logistics of backpacking prevent us from getting that footage and I guess the whole concept it about balancing those two goals, that of completing the trail safely, and with joy, and capturing the footage desired for production. Looks like a great film I cannot wait to see it. Best of luck.

@cincinnatijones - Thanks! In hindsight, we wish we'd shot a bit more, but what are you gonna do. And, we do have 30 hours of footage, so I guess that's not bad.

I cannot wait to see the documentary, i have checked on your channel every couple of weeks waiting for more footage. I am hiking this trail for my senior graduation trip this coming summer and i cant wait to see these beautiful places with my own eyes
