This was a group project at uni, we had to make a short trailer for a game/tv show or movie. We choose to do write a premise for a new adaptation on the famous 'Day of the Triffids' book by John Wyndham.

@asdfg2560 Umm, I’d like to point out that A) there weren’t any meteors in the book so your argument is invalid and B) this isn’t a movie, it’s a trailer for a film that doesn’t exist, and it’s pretty damn good IMO.

I freaking loved this film!!!! sooooo perfect and intense and epic and just sooooo shocking! i really didnt see rockets, ambers and blondie's deaths coming!!!! I saw it on fillmsi.co.cc today. i mean what is that crazy.

If you read the book, the issue of salt water was not there, the Triffids basically conquered the world. The salt water issue was a hollywood happy-ending tacked on.
