Star Trek: Wink of an Eye Scalosian Message Slowed Down

Several lines of dialog heard no where else were revealed when I slowed down the Scalosian message, including the cryptic line, "We know now that what we have undergone cannot occur." -true, since this is a factious story. This statement was probably said tongue in check as the creators never intended anyone to hear that line anyway. There is also an interesting plea for any passing ships to divert to Scalos immediately. I added a running counter of how fast or slow I had to play the footage in order for everything that was said to be understand.
