  • @tomservo56954 : At one point, they did...when Streets first appeared in syndication, it was via Warner Bros. and had the Warner Communications 'W' at the end. They sold it to Jim Victory television, then it wound up with Worldvision. Now it would have the CBS Distribution logo on it, just as it is on the most recent set of DVD's from the series.

  • @recordman64 I know that repeats of THE STREETS OF SAN FRANCISCO had a "Worldvision Enterprises" logo at the end/

  • @GOOSEYGOOSE9 barnaby jones streets of san francisco

    dan august cannon the fbi

  • @ZombiedustXXX Honey how could you miss that hunk? He's so easy on the eyes! I didn't miss an episode!

  • Max Cherry as Banyon.

  • This was the 2nd Quinn Martin Production-Warner Bros.Television series done,

since "The FBI" in 1965-and while this NBC series had only a season run,it was one of Robert Forster's favorite roles, shortly before he did "NAKIA" for ABC in 1974.

  • As a kid, I grew up watching all the QM Productions, Somehow I missed remembering Robert Forster in Banyon.

QT did great, casting Forster as Max Cherry in Jackie Brown. Perfect performance.

  • @GOOSEYGOOSE9 : Fellows was in charge of production for QM starting in '66-'67 (Fugitive, FBI, 12 O'Clock High, The Invaders) up until 1975 or so, when he left to form Fellows-Keegan Productions with Terry Keegan.

From '66 to '68, he and Adrian Samish were both credited with being in charge of production. Prior to '66, Fellows was credited on all QM shows as 'Assistant to the Executive Producer'. Fellows also gets line producer credit on several episodes of The New Breed.

  • @GOOSEYGOOSE9 : With the exceptions of The FBI, Banyon (both owned by Warner Bros.) and 12 O'Clock High (owned by 20th Century Fox), all of the QM series are owned by CBS/Paramount.

  • @GOOSEYGOOSE9: Simms was the QM announcer for The FBI, Dan August, Cannon, Banyon, The Streets of San Francisco, Barnaby Jones, The Manhunter, Caribe, Bert D'Angelo: Superstar, Most Wanted and Operation Runaway/The Runaways. Dick Wesson did the honors for The New Breed, The Fugitive, 12 O'Clock High and The Invaders. There is no announcer for Tales of the Unexpected or A Man Called Sloane.
