Not sure why it just stopped but we're wondering if there's a cheaper fix for this that won't cost my mom up to 300 bucks to get HP to fix it.

  • I'm using it for over a year now and haven't got one problem. I can see you don't handle the machine with much care, so start with handling your gadgets more carefull.

Never but never press on the screen to open it and always use two hands. No problem to me, because it's a big ass machine.

The next thing is to never open it yourself, but just send it back to HP.

  • Sadly, it's not mines. And it turned out it was something with the motherboard which other people had complained about on some website we found.

  • Does the machine turn off by itself when it gets a little warm after using several programs during 4 fulltime downloads and playing games?

  • As I stated in the video, it don't turn on at all. But as i said in the comment, it's getting fixed/replaced for free.

  • @TheOutsanityDotCom Yo Brother... my mother is having the same problem with her pavilion dv9000. Could you tell me this website you went to. Thanks

  • @steveoinflorida Well, we found out something did burn out so we took it to MicroCenter.
