SOULBLEED is and always has been a band that has stuck to their Heavy Metal roots. No matter what they are doing, be it writing, recording, or performing live, the members hold themselves to a high standard and work hard to create music that stands out. The band is dedicated to making music that is brutal, raw, melodic at times yet always metal. Drawing from a wide range of influences has helped the band shape their sound and find a voice that is unique to them.

Since the beginning, the Los Angeles based band has evolved and grown stronger with the current group of four. Dave Rubenhold provides aggressive lyrics and dynamic vocals, Steve Marshall's guitars add grit and edge, Elaina Bangma brings power and strength from the bass, and Jimmy Schultz's drums give SOULBLEED their groove and movement.

They have toured, played many shows and shared the stage with acts like Prong, Kittie, Static-X, All That Remains, In This Moment, Spineshank, Pro-Pain and many more. The band has been interviewed and had their music featured on "ESPN Action Sports" hosted by Rick Thorn, along with numerous other radio stations across the country as well as overseas.

The band has been hard at work throughout 2010. With the release of their first album through Divination Records (self-titled "SOULBLEED") fans will experience what the band has strived most to bring into being- capturing the intensity of their live performance and present fans with a diverse selection of songs. SOULBLEED has always considered themselves very much a live band and look forward to touring extensively in support of the new album.
