I know a fix for it ;) found out my self ;)
go to desktop, rightclick , leftclick on Show, click on "Show miniaplications on desktop" then click it again :) ha!gadgets back!

@suskisunami it worked... but. i encountered 1 problem.. in the lower right corner of my desktop there is a "Windows 7 Build 7600 This copy of Windows is not genuine"

@suskisunami is ginnel99 suggestion a good suggestion? please.. my problem is my desktop clock wont function properly when i open my desktop clock it only shows a black box with clock hands :(

I tried this one and it worked!
Here's what worked for me after everything else failed. I didn't attempt repair/update install though. This is much simpler.
Stop the sidebar.exe process. Use regedit and delete this key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\].
Restart sidebar process.
Have no idea why it works but it does. Found it on another forum. I applied this fix several days ago and system has been running fine.
