  • just read hellikers wsj about college academics, and wondered what school he went to and his degree

  • @OutlawzAKA: Everyone, please Google up Joe Rollino and read several stories about this amazing guy. Although he had great genes, exercise and diet got him to 104. It took a minivan to kill him while he was out for his daily walk!

I've been going to the gym for 32 years. I drink little and don't smoke. I'm almost 60 - great heart, no medication. My diet could be better, but I limit the junk and keep my weight under control. Moderate exercise is a big factor.

Jack LaLanne just died - R.I.P.

  • wow, you like to hear your own voice...

  • Big fan of yours Dr. Bisci. But the question is way too long. We don't hear from you for almost 3 minutes. More of your interesting observations and less from the questioner.
