ユーレイルパス＆イタリア鉄道～Eurail Pass & TRENITALIA

ユーレイルパスでイタリア鉄道を予約する方法を紹介します。
Let me introduce you how to reserve TREITALIA (Italian National Railways) with a Euro Global Pass.

やはり、ユーレイルパスはすぐれものです。ヨーロッパに入って、ただちに使用開始するのでなければ、鉄道に乗車するのがいつからなのか決めておくと、無駄なく使えます。
I found Euro Pass is so nice. If you don't use it immediately after your arrival in Europe, decide when you start to use it so that you can use the best use of your Euro Pass.

私の場合は、ローマを起点に、ナポリとフィレンツェに鉄道で移動するつもりでしたが、ナポリへはポンペイへのバスツアーに現地で参加したので、バスでの訪問となり、ユーレ­イルパスは利用しませんでした。
In my case, I was planning to visit Napoli and Firenze from Rome with trains but I decided to take part in a Bus Tour to Pompeii and it took me to Napoli briefly, so I didn't use it.

フィレンツェは、日程の関係で今回は見送り、結局、ローマ～ミラノ、ミラノ1泊、ミラノ～ベネチアの2路線しか利用しなかったので、4日間有効のユーレイルパスではなく、­3日間有効のもので十分に足りました。
And due to my tight scheduling, I had to give up visiting Firenze. So as a matter of fact, I traveled from Rome to Milano, stayed a night in Milano, then traveled Milano to Venetia. I purchased Europass valid for 4 days even though I needed less than 3 days which is the minimum days of the pass.

それでも、ローマ～ミラノは、ユーロスターの個室（追加料金二人で40ユーロ）、ミラノ～ローマはユーロスターの一等席で移動したため、十分に元がとれました。
But still, it was worth for travelling from Rome to Milano in a compartment for extra charge of 40 Euro for 2, and from Milano to Venetia on the first class seats.
