@peak199 I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, that's the conundrum. Plus Mayor kiss his rich friends ass Michael Bloomberg is not helping the situation. I live in a middle-class area next to rich neighborhood, and I' m seeing people from that side buying houses in my area. What's going to happen when they price me and my family out. Anyway, your island is a very beautiful place, you're very lucky to live here. I saw this place in one of those million dollars shows.

@peak199 I hear you and feel your plight, the same thing is happening in Brooklyn, New York. The rich are pushing out the working-class and middle-class in certain parts of New York. Neighborhoods that were once considered dangerous and lower income are now being inhabited by upper middle-class and rich people.

i lve in marco and im 19... the only time its a good place to live is when people are visiting on spring break... thats when i the island gets wild!!!
