@MrOhdalja why are you such a racist idiot? this 'white man' has lived in Thailand for 10 years and can cook it better than most Thai's. He staunchly defends traditional Thai cooking and has run some of the few Thai restaurants in the world to actually be good enough to gain a Michelin star. The Thai government actually paid him to open a restaurant in Bangkok he is that good. I hate the mentality of people like you, humans are capable of learning anything, no matter where they are from.
