Tastes like burn butt-hole. I have done this successfully.
A.) Don't laugh or talk
B.) Lay down (with a spotter to flip you if you choke)
C.) Take your time takes about 5-7 minutes to make it into a semi swallow-able pulp.
D.) Then swallow the mushy pulp (this part is hard but i can be done)

Yor not suppose to sallow it, your suppose to keep it in your mouth for ages untill it goes soggy because you cant sallow powder.
