jks hombu do exercises emphasising importance of balance-ie knee lift with eyes closed, 180 degree and 360 degree jumps and add a tsuki with eyes closed standing either side of hips of partner whose lying on floor. trick is to visualise doing exercise as if your eyes open. will really help with your balance.
