This video was filmed in Guernsey from castle cornet and heli in the eighties i can remember this being filmed. The Powerboating scene was huge back then. Ill put a bet on some of these boats sitting in green houses over here still.

what is it with lake boaters!?? most of them would wet themselves in a 21 with even a 150 on a rough day in the channel!
same goes to the USA with their blown lake runners! never seen a wave! :)

ring 20 with XR2
RING RANGER 25 with 6.2 mercruiser
phantom 23 with 225 pro
all kept and used on south coast uk.
no flat water for me!! :P

'turbinespeed' id like to see you go faster than these boats around channel waters. they are known for some of the fastest strongest currents and tidal conditions in the world. i own 1 of these boats and bet if you came out on it i'd have you screaming. lol
