  • I completely agree !! it was twilight that got me into ya books and the mortal instruments has to be one of the best series ive read:D

  • The Hunger Games > Mortal Instruments > Twilight

  • One of the BEST BOOKS EVEEER! IF you havent read it READ it now! lol Mortal Instruments rocks! *cant wait for movie*

  • iv just purchased this book lookin foward to gettin it through now :D

  • Mortal Instruments > Every Other Book. Ever.

  • @TheHeartofFarah yeah, i am a little afraid of that too. But Clare said when she saw the audition between JCB and Lilly she cried because they WERE her Jace and Clary, that gives me some faith

  • @cheervolley4eva I am scared (because of the movie and the cast Lily Collins is a bad actress) that it wil be turned into the new Twilight.

  • favorite. series. ever.

    i was like you, i came into YA books from Twilight and read some awesome books...but nothing made me feel as giddy and involved as twilight...

    THEN THIS BOOK CAME and i am addicted to this series!

    i tell EVERYONE i know to read it, constantly! (;

    so if you haven't read this READ IT NOW!

  • i was forced to read twilight during my sophmore year of high school and it was okay; it also opened the gateway for me as well into YA novels. before i always read the classics. when i started my first year in college, i saw the city of bones book at a ralphs and pick it up; only because the cover sparked some interest. i loved it but still uncertain of picking up the city of fallen angels because i felt the third one ended perfectly. now im on the search for some more YA novels.
