The babies breathing is just fine. Babies normally don't laugh that earlier, they're lungs are still small to produce enough oxygen to laugh until they get a little older, and can breath more. So stop saying the baby can't breath, I'm sure the parents would've realized that. Thank you.

ummm not to be rude but it looks like he is having trouble being able to breathe not laugh you can clearly see that from 0:25 until 0:39 he's struggling for air it looks like
