I went kind of overboard leveling in Skirmish 4 but as you can see it's really really easy and fast exp. Current Squad levels are as follows:

Scouts - lvl 18
Shocktroopers - lvl 17
Lancers - lvl 12
Engineers - lvl 12
Snipers - lvl 17

At level 16 Marina becomes an absolute monster..
