The 158th Infantry Regiment, "Bushmasters" depart for Afghanistan. Soldiers conduct a unit run before their ceremonial farewell. The unit spent several months training at Ft. Bragg and now provides security for Provincial Reconstruction Teams. This was the largest deployment for the Arizona National Guard since WWII when the Bushmasters helped Gen. Eisenhower retake the Philippines.

  • Thank you troops. Your in our prayers.

Bushmasters have a great legacy. MacArthur held you in highest esteem as jungle fighters. And by the way, Hispanics and Native Americans are especially proud as it was one of the most diverse units of its day.

  • now they are back and safe Minus 2 God Bless

  • Thank you to the person that made this video. MY name is Hunter the boy at the end of the video with my little brother Brenner talking about my dad. That is my dads voice that says good job soldiers and if u look real quick you can see him in the top left corner of the screen. It made all of our friends and family happy to see and hear him and us. We sent this to our dad. Thank you I just wanted to say thank you.
