The general idea is for you to guess the moves in a grandmaster chess game. I am going to ask you to pause the video after every move black plays for you to take some time and think about what move the grandmaster played.

For every move you get right, you get a point. There will be bonus points throughout the video, and if you find a potential move that either maintains the advantage or improves the position, post a comment and that will count as a point as well. You can only get one point per move unless otherwise stated in the video.

I recommend you use a real chess set throughout the video, or chess software (without the chess engine running).

  • @16:49 white could have win blacksqueen with a fork by Nd5

  • @Svecify It's pinned unfortunately. Thanks for checking out the vid!

  • 19:10 why not rook a1 to d1? it would win a queen

  • @croopaN Viable move but not as strong as other options due to black getting a better square for its knight.

  • please explain to me why knight takes d 5 at 17 mins into the video isnt the best move, white steals blacks queen with a simple fork

  • @skeezy1188 It's pinned unfortunately.

  • 22:04 White moves Rd1+, Black has to capture Rook @ d1 or move King, King cannot move close to the Queen, so he captures Rxd1. White's next move is Qxc5+, captures queen and gives check.

  • @bbeniamini1 If Rd1 then Nd3

  • when you said pinned, in the sense it could not move to any further places after taking the queen?

  • 12:52 after Qe6 why not d5 and win a bishop?

  • He says "uhhhh" 600 times in this video...geeze

  • I swear you cant castle after being checked?

  • when white castled, he if he hadent done that he could of moved a pawn up which if the queen takes the knight can take

  • Can anyone explain why at 21:50 , white doesn't play rook to d8? Black is forced to take the rook and the black queen falls through the discover attack via white's queen, while also landing a check if black opted not to take with it's king.

  • What is the score or rank for 20 to 29??? I got a 25, which is not great but I have not played since High School...

  • After white plays Rook to e1 at 09:09 if black plays pawn e3 is it not a good move cause it thretans a checkmate Qg2 or ehite looses a night on d2 plz explain
