Ok so I throw you guys a bit of a subliminal screw job. I say the title one way and label it another because I really couldn't decide. There are 2 ways to look at it:
1) The redemption was sent and redeemed properly and Topps had every intention of redeeming it. So that is GOOD. But they couldn't so that's BAD.
2) The redemption couldn't be redeemed which is BAD but the make-up for it was GOOD.
