Beatifully arranged and a great solo voice but... this version don't express the real essence. Is a sad popular song about a mother who has to give away his little black boy (negrito) to another woman to take care of him while she is working as a slave in the fields without pay. She promises him food that only the rich people eated and tell him than if he doesn't sleep, the "white devil" (diablo blanco) will come to take him too. My mom used to sang it to me. saya yang main gitar kak..haha nervous dikit biasa :P.. Temen dua lainnya dr Thailand and Fiji. Lagu kedua yang kita nyanyikan judulnya Diru Diru Nina..its a pretty song too...

Saya jg nyanyi di gamelan.. ada videonya juga... yg pake kebaya pink ..

Iyaaa Maria Guinand conductor ternama katanya... kita bakal nyanyi bberp Spanish and Greek pieces..all the pieces getting harder but i enjoy all of them.
