@fteoOpty64 Actually, Google is not at fault here. It's fault of the individual carriers who have the phone manufacturers install it. However, I do agree with you on one point, in that I believe that ultimately Carrier IQ will get sued.

If you just look at how it works, it is clear the intentions are nefarious. Yeap, Carrier IQ will be sued out of business quickly. In fact, Google is an accessory to this for allowing it on their OS.
