  • raw nori sheets are different than "dried seaweed". Usually the type of seaweed is listed on the package. You can use baked nori if you can't find raw. Baked nori has a green color to it, raw nori is black and will be labeled. You can also roll these ingredients in big lettuce leaves, collards or tender cabbage leaves... salud
