Leo is a 4 month old born with Left facial palsy. He has been to UCSF and had numerous diagnostic and other tests to determine the severity, detriment and resolution of his condition.
After evaluating him thoroughly, and co-managing with other physicians, the most apparent problem he has is a condition called subluxation. His head and thorax are rotated and translated and we have been using both traditional Chiropractic adjustments as well as global postural adjustments. Watch this video to see how we're working with Leo and how other babies like him can be helped.

  • @47flamenco Thank you for your comments and for subscribing to Active Health TV!

The tool is called an Activator. It is a spring-loaded adjusting instrument that I only use for mechanoreception (look it up) or on small, old or frail people. He is a cute kid, and now he's one. I hope to do a follow up video as he is still on maintenance care. He's doing great! Congratulations on going to Chiropractic college! I recommend LCCW...the best!
