To my understanding, it's an MV for the song called "Sad Love Movie".... as I couldn't find any other clips related to this one .. not film , not drama.. Just a great MV.... to me... I love the background opera style chorus.....

i hv watch so many korean film esp where song il gook is the actor but this one i can see would be a winning piece for him.congratulation!!! the song is great though i dnt understand the word bt the melody seem to sweep me away
