Demo of the '59 Bassman® amplifier. Here Fender's Chuck Hall plays the blues on an American Standard Strat® HSS with the middle and neck pickups combined. Sweet, pure Fender tone! Check out ALL the Fender Vintage Reissue series amplifiers at www.fender.com/vintagereissue!

  • Hey Fender-

Instead of posting 6 clips of between 13 seconds and 30 seconds long, just post ONE DEMO CLIP for this amp.

  • I'd like to know what reverb is used in this clip ? The bassman doesn't have any

  • @1Guug Thank you!

  • @triclops8

if you want distortion you need a pedal, but the clean sound is very good at low volumes!

  • Does the bassman sound good at low volume levels too for recording at home or has it to be cranked up to sound that good?

  • sounds like reverb was added

  • buddy guy?

  • Fantastic!

  • really sounds lik srv

  • reverb?

  • @locoboxspaceship They are different in just about every way. Transformers speakers wiring of the circuit and most of all the sound. Check out demos of a REAL '59 Bassman and you can hear the difference.
