How does it suck? It makes fun of out-dated technology that everybody used to deal with. Now we find it funny how crappy it was, I don't think you know what college humor is about. They make a lot of "spoofs" or parodys, you're not paying to watch them and if you don't like them don't watch them.

TV shows and movies in first half of the 90's still felt very 80's like (especially Full House). So did the movies. Even some songs as late as '94 seemed to have an 80's influence to them. I believe the 1980s "started" in 1982 and lasted til 1994.

I think 1994 still had a trace of '80s (such as the fashion, lack of Internet). The first half (or at least the first few years) of a decade always has traces of the previous decade, because its foundation is laid largely upon the previous decade.
