how do you know how much strike water to use per pound of grain?

@donosborn Everything went great. Hit all my numbers relatively well. I made a Dead Guy Ale clone. Super excited. Even got the pacman yeast. Yayah! Ha. Thanks for the website too. @MrBobfromOhio Whoah there partner. No one in this video, or Denny either, would say this is the best way. In fact, it might not be, esp if you are talking in terms of efficiency. It is, however, a fairly easy and cheap way to do all grain brewing that will allow you to make award winning, tasty all-grain beers. Better brewers do it other ways? You are free to think that. cheers.
