amazing how a low budget British film can turn out to be such a cult classic. I vaguely remember seeing the trailer when it was shown on BBC2 years ago (about 1992 I think) I taped it and watched over and over again till the tape snapped (would have been about 9/10) didn't really understand what the film was about, just loved the Liverpudlian accent and the music lol. Now I am 27 and it remains one of my fave films ever, have it on VHS and hoping to get it digitally remastered one day soon......
