Baybeblue having "jerk" drop seizure(Infantile Spasm)

So this was back in the beginning. These jerks that you see 2 of at the beginning of the video turned out to be infantile spasms, the worst form of Epilepsy there is. I have goten alot of questions as to why I was feeding her on her back. Here it is one more time: She has no swallow so the only way she could eat was laying on her back. If she was sitting up at all, the food just comes right back out. As a mother you have to do whatever to make sure or child eats or they will die!!! She now has g-tube and eats nothing by mouth so I am glad she got to enjoy it when she did. She never choked one time but obviously by her size you can tell I was doing a good job getting her to swallow it. This is NOT how you should feed a normal baby!!

hi have u tried the ketogenic diet for your child..it works..i'.m a caregiver for a child just like yours she just turned 3 and is going off the diet...check it out on u tube..theres a movie about it too.

Hope your baby girl is doing good..I know exactly what your going thru ..my daughter had these same exact seizures..and your right about the gtube..my girl got one when she was 1 yrs old..she's 8yrs old now doctors couldn't figure out what she had but knew that her corpus in the brain was abnormally thin ..she is blind she can see somewhat bright lights, she has cerebral palsy...its been a roller coaster but we have faith..sending prayers your way..
