This is the opening sequence. From one touch of the remote the following events happen...
The lights dim down
The curtain opens
The masking on the screen moves
The anamorphic lense moves over
The projector turns on
The audio/video receiver turns on
The whole time the lights are dimming down till there off

  • This is an awesome set up, but remember the old projectionist rule: NEVER open a curtain on a blank screen! Get the image going first, THEN open the curtain. It looks way cooler!

  • did the screen come with the masking or did you fabricate that yourself? how did you accomplish the automated unmasking if you fabricated it yourself and what type of remote did you use to automate all these tasks?
