The finished dish looks great. But the video is too quick moving for me to understand. Btw, ever notice how you can tell how good the chef is simply by watching him or her handle simple things, like a whisk or a knife.

I haven't made eggs benedict in years. I tried making a cajun version. I put way too much cayenne pepper into the sauce...5 alarm eggs benedict! LOL!
