The animalistic, bloody conflict in the heart of our nation that swept away thousands of lives in the cause of time is uncalle for. Some times the violence is seen to emanate from the so-called religious differences; some times it's ethnic-based.
Either way, why not unite to achieving our common goals and common problems? 'we didn't even solve our social problems' but 'we are hear fighting supposedly because of religion'.
Religion didn't put us all together in one roof as Nigerians;
Ethnicity didn't put us in one roof together as Nigerians;
It's Nigeria that bind us (Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba) together as one; as Nigerians.

All in all I blame the incompetent and greedy politicians(government) who are onlly interested in filling their bellies and lack the Spirit of Truth and Justice to enforce the rule of law, to eradicate the radicals that promote and perpetrate the killing and destruction of lives and property and maintain lasting peace in fairness to all parties involved.

Even, that there is a time "to kill and a time to heal".
If Islam teaches peace and unity with the christians then the Moslem in Jos ought to clean house by indentifying and addressing the radicals that promote violence and killing.

Quite an interesting message especially since I grew up in Jos and lived there from 1977 to 1989. The places I now hear about that people can no longer go, I used to go freely. As Christian the bible teaches us the virtue of allowing the Lord God to fight our battles. Nevertheless, the same Word of God tell us that there is a time and a season, to everything under the sun.
