I first got interested in pilates through your videos, I'm looking to lose a fair bit of weight, and i do eat healthy, and even though i haven't lost much weight, i feel so much better in myself! I feel so much more alive and light! So i guess i just wanted to thank you for posting all your videos, they are really so helpful, even for beginners like i was :D

Oh hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy got ripped 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

can it help ppl to get a long leg? for a ppl who got a very short leg but a long body.

i am 100 pounds overweight. i am wondering if this kind of exercise is safe for me or if you have any thoughts about doing this as it pertains to obese people. my dr. says it's ok (i have a bad back) but i'm wondering what you think. thanks erin!

If I do this each exercises for 10 times each, then how long will it take for me to see results in making it leaner?
what if i already have kind of bulky muscles... would it help them become less bulky/leaner? (i just got it from sports like lacrosse and stuff)

muscles become defined by the type of activity and movement you do the most. football players and dancers have different body shapes. swimmers usually have large, defined shoulders and arms etc... pilates tends to shape your muscles a certain way too. so, yes, it would help. but it's important to get variety of movement too :)

I really want to have slim leg, shin, ham...
And all these exercise won't muscle my leg? Cuz I don't want muscle. I want slim?

you have to have muscle to have slim! muscle = slim. if you are asking if these will make you have big leg muscles, then no they wont! this workout will slim while toning. best of luck, xo, erin

If i do strength training cardio and this will my muscle still get long thin muscle cuz im frightened to get bulky as even when i used to be a bit slimmer and run alot they still got a bit bulky

you shouldn't get too bulky unless you are power lifting or something like that :)
