You Tube the name " Wendell Potter " and see what you are supporting if you are opposed to reform.

Health Care For Patients, NOT For Profit because Health Care For Profit is Health Care DENIED.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should an insurance middleman come between a patient and his/her doctor - particularly, if the insurance middleman stands to gain from it.

To put it simply, IT'S A CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

Insurance has no business being in Health Care. They contribute nothing towards it. NOTHING!

  • At what point does our constitution permit the federal government to tax and borrow to pay for everyone's health care?

Medicare patients are not even allowed to shop around for the best price, nor do they need or want to because they aren't paying. This is one of the single biggest reasons that health costs are skyrocketing.

  • its a categorical imperative

  • Great video!!! Matthews needs to shut the f up for 2 seconds. I emailed Weiner, and all the Dems in Congress encouraging them to keep the Public Option

  • You know what, people don't know how to react to Anthony Weiner because they're not used to a democrat that has balls and doesn't take any crap. Right on.

  • Well, it's old news, except now the GOP is having its political theatre of "repealing" health care. What a bunch of hypocrital goons. Too bad President Obama didn't listen to Anthony instead of Rahm. We would have had a better bill, but it's something to build on, not repeal. Always a pleasure to hear Representative Weiner, even when discussing the issue with a man who considers a period his enemy.

  • At what point do we realize that tax cuts for the rich is like throwing money away and never seeing it again. Clinton forced the rich to pay their fair share = surplus. Bush allowed the rich to skate without paying taxes = deficit. Bush's tax cuts have taken 200+ billions of dollars out of our economy. The working class spend money, the filthy rich put their money in off shore accounts and suck the life blood out of our system TAX THE RICH & OFFER HEALTHCARE TO ALL!!!

  • "outside of this town, people really don't care if CHUCK GRASSLEY voted for it or not"

    That was priceless!

  • Control costs? YEAH! It's about Control alright! Both sides the dems & repubs are to blame for the situation this country is in. SPEND-SPEND-SPEND! If these policies are somehow passed, you just wait until the dollar collapses! You think things are bad now you just wait a few years! 1 brick at a time, slowly but surely we're gonna get there! Everyone who is for these radical ideas are going to look back in 20 yrs & wonder, "What the hell was I thinking"! Blind leading the blind!

  • Since when did the government become concerned about saving the American taxpayers money? Look at medicaid & medicare. I don't see any taxpayer savings in those 2 programs! Which do you prefer, having the government keeping your medical records on file? Or would you rather have the insurance companies doing it? The insurance companies cannot "AUDIT YOU"! The insurance companies do not have the power like the government does! This is simply a waste for taxpayers money debating this crap! THINK!

  • Man, that old guy needs to chill.

  • Matthews thinks he's playing "hardball," but it's really just very hard to hear what's going on
