At what point does our constitution permit the federal government to tax and borrow to pay for everyone's health care?

Medicare patients are not even allowed to shop around for the best price, nor do they need or want to because they aren't paying. This is one of the single biggest reasons that health costs are skyrocketing.

Well, it's old news, except now the GOP is having its political theatre of "repealing" health care. What a bunch of hypocrital goons. Too bad President Obama didn't listen to Anthony instead of Rahm. We would have had a better bill, but it's something to build on, not repeal. At what point do we realize that tax cuts for the rich is like throwing money away and never seeing it again. Clinton forced the rich to pay their fair share = surplus. Bush allowed the rich to skate without paying taxes = deficit. Bush's tax cuts have taken 200+ billions of dollars out of our economy.
