good except for the fact you microwaved it....microwaving food ruins it !

and yes, that was a bout half a pound of ground beef...you can use less meat if you want. also, i use a can of tomato paste, add water to it, but you can use couple of cans of tomato sauce.

thanks for your comment infoisfree. i actually tunred on the approval options for the comments before they are published. i add about a 6 oz can of tomato paste and i add about a cup or two water to it.
