I know someone who wasn't batting Thirrrrrrd with that lineup..none other than Jim Price
-
I miss George Kell, HOF third baseman and an equally great broadcaster.

Woah. There was a point in history where Jim Price was not a crazy old man!

@UnCircumsizedSmegma You are a seriously fucked up individual....I hope you can get some help, best of luck...

@UnCircumsizedSmegma Only a TRUE coward starts arguments on line with people he will never meet in person. I have better things to do than exchange words with you, so go harass someone else, or beat up some old lady or kill some puppies or what ever it is you do to find happiness in your pathetic life....I'm done.

@UnCircumsizedSmegma Really....I heard the Nazi's did the same thing to Anne Frank!!
-
All of these guys were my childhood hero's but Al Kaline was one bad ass mother-F'r!!

The Detroit Tigers won one of the best World Series ever in 1968 against the St. Louis Cardinals.

I love the Tigers! I find it funny how players did not apparently feel the need to refrain from "bulletin board" material. I guess back then making claims of victory wasn't so rare. "The Cardinals!? We'll beat 'em! We'll beat 'em easy!"
Go Tigers!
