Sims 3 - Cheats

[DESPRIPTION]: to open up the cheat window hold down CTRL + SHIFT + C all at the same time in your sims game.
1st cheat: in the main menu before you pick out your family open the cheat window and type this in exactly like this...
testingcheatsenabled true. Then hit enter and go in your game. Then go were i told u about the treasure chest and hold down CTRL and just keep clicking there.
2nd cheat: to get 50,000 dollars open the cheat window type in exactly this..... motherlode. Then hit enter and if you keep doing this it will add up.
3rd cheat: Again open cheat window and type in exactly this....testingcheatsenabled true. Now go to your mailbox, and hold down CTRL and you have options like "make all happy" and "force VPC" and more.
4th cheat: open the cheat window again and type in exactly this..... freerealestate. This will let you ignore the cost of buying a lot. (i would suggest doing this cheat before you buy a lot)
5th cheat: open cheat window and type in help and it gives u most of the cheats.
Extra cheat: open the cheat window and type in resetsim [first name] [last name]
