Back To The Start: Jariana Love Story (Part 5: What the hell?)

The bell for first period rang. Landon stood in a half empty hallway still looking around. He looked to his left and then noticed Logan walk out of a door. He looked in front of him and behind the glass stood Jackie. Her back was facing towards him. She had her bag over her right shoulder and she was talking to a lady in the main office, her elbows leaning on the counter of the desk. Landon just starred in disbelief.

Landon heard panting and feet running, so he looked to his right and saw his two best friends out of breath, running right at him. "WHAT THE HELL?!" Ryan yelled. All of a sudden, Landon felt someone's tiny hands on his arm and spin him around. Next thing you know, he felt that person's lips on his.

Jackie turned her head around because she heard yelling. Past the glass she saw a couple, what she thought making out and two guys watching. She shrugged her shoulders and turned back to the lady. The lady smiled at her and handed her papers, which was her schedule. Jackie nodded and thanked her, smiling. She turned around and then slowly walked to her door. She looked at her first period class. English, her favorite class. She smiled to herself. "Now, time to find it." She walked out of the door, walking past who she didn't know was her best friend.

Landon snapped out of it and pulled away from his girlfriend. He looked in the office and noticed she wasn't there anymore. "Baby, what's the matter?" He heard his girlfriend say, but he ignored her. He looked down the hallway and saw her red hair whip around the corner.
