That is really well-done! Normally the youtube DIY Stargate effects look like they were done frame-by-frame on Paint haha but this was perfect! :D

Bah en ce moment je suis en vacances, et mes accès à un PC et au Net sont très courts, je rentre lundi, je commencerai sûrement à cette date.
Well, right now I'm in vacation, so my time on a computer with the Internet are very short, I'm back next Monday, I'll certainly start the video on that day.

after i saw this i'm now trying too^^.
Because i actually have no video camera i trie to do it simply with pictures but i think after effects is a programm not easy to handle with. Can you tell me in details how you made the effects etc.?
You would help me very much.

Oh, you know, once you know the basic functions of After Effects, you can do everything you want with this software. Try to learn how to use and set all the effects.
Quickly, I can tell you I used a simple lens flare to make the light dot, then I added a particle generator to create the vertical light lines (with a directional blur).
You can obviously use and share your own technic. I would be glad to try it ! :)
