This can be decrypted by simply finding the matching encrypted string of each letter in the alphabet, then replacing the given strings with the matching letter. To make this more secure and indecryptable you should make each letter equal to a decimal number and set the given number into a somehow complex calculation where as the answer is dependent upon a variable, for example the first three digits given in the decimal result, or a unique salt. The convert the decimal result into a hex :)
